Breastfeeding Experiences From Local Moms

As you may or may not already know, breastfeeding can be both challenging and rewarding. Although everyone's breastfeeding experiences are unique, hearing other's stories can help mothers feel both reassured and validated. Furthermore, because child-led breastfeeding often means continuing the breastfeeding relationship for longer than the first year of life, it was our hope that sharing stories of local mothers who breastfed past the first year of life would help normalize the act of child-ledbreastfeeding.
